rephrase, I'd copy a bunch of blathes (possibly random, possibly not) and put them into a wiki-like format on my server, for people to do with as they please. I think it'd be interesting to see how it evolved if anyone was allowed to removed/edit anyone else's blathes.

I'm thinking of taking a number of blathes and putting them in an area of my site, in a manner that would allow people to *edit* the blathes, rather than just add to them.
People would be able to edit or remove anyone's words, but there'd be a history link where you could see all the past versions of a blathe.
You would also be able to create new blathes.
I might not even start with existing blathes, a clean slate would be interesting.
For the more technical, it would be a wiki in the most basic sense; I'm not about to implement a wikimedia server, it'll be homegrown and won't support half the features of, say, wikipedia. I don't want it to.

depends on how many people use it and how much is posted. My website currently has about 100Mb of unused space and about 3Gb of bandwidth per month. I'd have to see how it went, but I've no aversion to buying a little more bandwidth; my adverts more than pay for the hosting at the moment.
