i don't know why i hate maybe because i've been put down maybe because no one appreciates me and my existence maybe because they take my life for granted maybe because they don't care for me maybe because i'm just a puppet for them to control at their will maybe because i'm just another loser to push around maybe because i'm never good enough for anyone and everyone or maybe.... i just look down on myself

They did a study, they found out that married couples who get in fights are healthier, physically. Which leads me to believe that we evolved that function. Huh, minnesota_chris? I'm saying that that thing we do, where every so often we start hating or being pissed off by those around us, no matter who we are, or who we have around us. We evolved it, because we need the regular emotional workout.

my brain box says that mchris's info is probably right... holding stress in causes ulcers, and as long as the fighting isn't excessive (causing big dump trucks of stress and such), it is a good release. it's the same prinicple of why i used to go beat on people at least once a week, and now i go dance and snarl and bite people. ya gotta have a release or you blow up or eat yourself alive. the trick is to make it a controlled release.
