3. Since I now have advance knowledge of deadly ninjas and their malevolent nature, I would be in the neighbors house, watching the deadly ninjas enter my bedroom in which I'd have set up about 30 claymores and trip wires.

I know #3 is flawed in that if I was watching from the house of the neighbor, more than likely when the claymores went off I'd be blowed up real good as well. No matter, it would be better to be blowed up than to be sliced and diced......maybe....ermm....

in the (locked) bathroom with a very large knife in my hand and a slightly smaller one in my pocket and no tshirt on. and possibly a third knife nearby. and possibly a can of aerosol.
