my dog loves me. sure. they can feel love. though i figure it stops somewhere. . .like i don't suppose my sister's hamster loves her at all. but maybe she does. or maybe her hamster would love her babies if she had any. im just not sure. . .i've never been a hamster.

heck yes. and i think they can do it better than humans. there are no childhood issues (well, they're much simpler ones if they're there), there's no logic to muddle up devotion and affection and appreciation and desire for the presence of another. to eafs the cat, we are the universe, he is utterly trusting, utterly loving, his affection unconditional. even when we offend him in some way, he just licks his butt at us for a minute and then is back to his normal innocently demanding self. the love of animals is another one of those things that makes me cry in a good way.

i have an odd memory. bits of crap, micellaneous trivia, odds and ends and whatnot have taken up residence is little corners of my brain, and they come out at odd moments. so, when seeing someone i have known, either i know their entire past history down to a tee, or i blank out and dribble at the corners of my mouth. often, they don't remember me, and as i happily babble away at their face, they look around for some way to get away. or, it just dawns on them that i am me, and they search for some way to get away. either way, people i know no longer know me because they don't want to. i'm fine with that. i don't want to know me, but they could at least say hello.

uh.. i'm a simple guy... so an intimate affair in a rustic setting..small church..avuncular cleric.. just me and the bride and her mom pop.. and two tickets to the end of the world..we write our vows..but being the cynic that i am ..i doubt if i'll ever get married again.. and carry all this angst and frieght into another relationship

the old sphincter just shuts down everything tight..i hate that ungratifying..anti-climatic end to the whole rituals to the porcelain shrine and all that..i bring my sports page..or favorite light reading mag..and settle in for a nice respite from the day's hurly burly..it's extremely disquieting when that last piece just breaks off..i mean it's unresolved right? it's not finished..and we were all taught to finish..so there's this toddler inside saying bad..bad boy i didn't finish!!

well, not sure if it counts as real trouble:
i was falsely accussed by certain 'anonymous' people and my government of being a member of a cult when i was sixteen, they threatened to 'seize' me if i didn't go along with them and co-operate with their 'questioning' session. they asked me all kinds of strange questions.
it was all unfounded of course, bloody heck i'm not that weird.. even if i seem to be sometimes.
not sure if i've mentioned this in blather before or not? or why i am now but it was rather troublesome at the time, i still can't believe it.
