bus ride. jostle, sweat, noise musky stench of unwashed man overdressed for a warm day smiling an oblivious, toothless smile, 8:00pm late getting home random, but pretty convincing shemale walking down the street in the opposite direction, eerily luminous black skin, like polished onyx and a walk with an almost supernatual, feline grace...i am oddly transfixed but the hands and shoulders are a dead giveaway and i'm not quite that adventurous "she" walks her way and i walk mine a far more pleasant sight than the toothless old hag who popped out of the alleyway along my path one night asking me "do you wanna party?" cars roll by the unfinished rail-line stands waiting in the middle of the street, this section is done, but a little further up the road there is still a lot that needs to happen pretty young woman with a couple of kids in tow at the grocery store she gives me an oddly approving glance ans a smile as we cross paths near the bakery section, odd because my hair is at that middling length where i can barely control it and i've let my beard grow out a bit, so i look rather like a caveman with a modicum of fashion sense no accounting for taste, i guess, but then i used to have this weird magnetism that, for years, caused countless lesbians to want to hang out with me, which was cool, except for the times when there was the frustrating futility of being attracted to the really cute ones or having to compete with them for the same girls while out clubbing pick up quick and easy stuff to cook for dinner, walk home, hang out with E and the Jesus Lady in the courtyard, eat, go to sleep, start day over, lather rinse repeat blather, think, repeat. pete and re-pete rowing in a boat, pete falls out, etcetera dark chocolate plus red chili flakes odd but somehow good random thoughts, streams of consciousness, more later
