hey claire! bad day for me today... was supposed to go to my volunteer work
at aged day centre but i vomiteed this morning and AGAIN just before i left
to go. so it's my 4th week off sick!!! it's a lovely day outside, all sunny
and warm.. i was just sitting out there with my puppy and watching her chase
flies and sticks and i blow those dandelions flowers (you know the ones with
all the seed things and you blow them all in the wind) and she goes crazy
trying to catch all the little parachute seed things and then bites the top
off the stem i'm wiggling in front of her. ok i'll tell you about the creepy
man... i was sitting on the train next to an old man minding my own
business, falling asleep and watching a cute family with 1 girl, 1 boy and
mum and dad! they were so gorgeous claire, you could tell the husband loved
the wife and kids so much.. he had his arm on her leg and was holding her
hand. and they'd adjust their kids hats and fix their hair, feed them and
tickle them and they'd give off a sweet giggle and the girl was sleeping on
her mums legs!... ok i've gotten sidetracked! back to the man: there i was
sitting there, where i spot this weird man sucking a lolly pop. he gets up
out of his seat on the other end of the carriage while the train is moving
and sits directly oposite me. i shuffle my bum back further in my seat to
get away from him (hehe!) then he goes "hi i'm colin, whats your name?" i
said "amy!" he said "nice to meet you amy" and gestured to shake my hand.. i
said "i DONT want to shake your hand!!" then i picked up my phone and
messaged david (as i had just left david's work and was on my way home).
then after i finished messaging david i played snake on my phone to keep
myself distracted and seem rude to the man and i didnt look up not once!!!
then he leans in my line of vision and goes "so, what do you do? i work in a
bakery!!!" i say "NOTHING!" and look back down. then he asks if i have a
boyfriend or girlfriend and i say "yes!". then a few stops later and a few
high scores later on my phone he gets off and i resume watching the cute
family!!! i always attract the freaks on the trains, my mum is amused and
shocked at the new stories i come home with each time i travel! once i was
at the station waiting for a train and this guy wouldnt stop hounding me for
answers to his prying questions.. i wasnt replying or if i did i'd make it a
yes or no answer.. eventually these old ladies sitting behind me said "why
dont you just leave her alone??!!?!" and he asked "do you want to talk to
me?" i say "NO!" and he walked off saying "fine! i'll go kill myself then!"
and moved to the other end of the platform and then when my train came he
came and sat in the seat next to me. i was freaking out so i moved
seats!!!!!. god claire, there is some crazy people out there!! i meet nice
and friendly people on the trains to sometimes, i love it when that happens.
