the first summer school term is over. i got an email the other day from a guy who sits in on one of my classes but already has the credit, "skool is kool" the subject line read. he is going into his 5th year of his BA and is just trying to take up as much time as possible before entering the real world. i am sitting here trying to not go do my readings on africa or research the topic chose to do my paper on (the politics and economy of zanzibar in the 19th century)... skool is kool he said. oi, but not in the summer! |
