i'm not an artist. i have no training. maybe that would help. i feel compelled to work on this painting most of the time, but only do once a day about every 2/3 days. i give up after an hour or two of mostly unsatisfactory results. it's not horrendous, though. it is becoming near torture, however. i've never stuck with an art project for this long. problems: not being able to achieve the right color, hands not steady enough, person not talented enough. possible solutions: take a class (no time or money), take sedatives (too sleepy), get a lobotomy (you hear the darndest lies). |
