In my opinion, the only thing that can be said is that what we precieve remains constant. ie. Red looks Red each time we see it, as does blue or green, This doesn't change moment to moment. But what it looks like to another is really Impossible to nail down. For in the end it is all just frequencies that we experience. We lable them Warm Red, Cool Blue ect. But that's what we've been taught to believe is the Quality of a Color. What I See May be something Totally Different from What You See, Yet we lable them the same Because We Have Been Taught To See Things That Way. I can neither prove or Disprove this Theory, But then neither can You.
