Dreams do not obey rules They have perhaps a plot, but are not bound by it. Time is shifty, sequence indeterminate. In trying to tell the story of a dream maybe I should put waking commentary on the dream in italics. It is often difficult to distinguish between the dream itself and my first thoughts about the dream upon waking. There is a certain amount of confabulation going on. Has any body written a book or article about techniques for dream writing? |
