267 at last horrible traumatic encounter with a scale.
my liver does not work right. it probably is not metabolizing fat correctly because of the damage from the Hep C I caught 12 years ago. I wish to hell it was just a matter of eat vegetables and fruits and no junk food and take walks and ride bikes a lot. If it was I could handle that, because I could change the situation, even if it would be really hard. But this is so much more hopeless. If you are under 30 you can lose weight much, much easier than after middle age sets in. In fact, I know not a single person in middle age who has ever lost more than say, 15 pounds or so. And no one with Hep C that can even lose five.
