the kitchencraft of birdmad if you used any liquid seasonings (like steak sauce, worcestershire sauce or bbq sauce, you may have used a tiny bit too much.... or you did not work the mixture quite enough

(it's a delicate balance... not enough hand-work in the mixture and they don't have enough cohesion... too much and they tend to be a little tough)

pete hmm.. couldn't find the worcheshire sauce :( they turned out well enough.. i don't think the grill was hot enough (impatience) when i slapped them on.. which is likely the case.. mmm burgers 050825
