Everybody knows the typical male. We're all sure of what he would do.
He is an asshole.
He is concerned only with himself.
He gets the girl.
He is emotionless, thoughtless, expressionless, and overtly masculine.
Nearly every time it is asserted that males behave in a way, I find myself agreeing that yes, we as a gender do, but I, myself, would never.
Odd really... Ever wonder what percentage of the poulation is a typical male?
There is a stigma belonging to this gender.
My only consolation is that neither I nor any of my male friends could ever be classified as typical.

It would be misogynist to say something equivalent about the female gender, buuut...
BOTH gender stereotypes are equally shallow and inaccurate.
The fact that you do not have any male friends that resemble the stereotype at all should be a big hint. It should be hinting that your assumption that there is, in fact, a "typical" male needs some modifying.

i DO use a lot of punctuation, but i at least use it correctly. when have i ever failed to close a quote? and i don't see how '...' warrants a comma afterward. '...' is a long enough pause, don't you think?
unless you were quoting me from another page, but then use YOUR name, and put mine after the quote, goofy.
on the topic itself though, i like to think all males and females behave in ways that are typical to their respective genders. there are a lot of wonderful behaviour patterns that males exhibit, which are typical, yet rarely discussed, because no one's pissed off enough at some guy to spill it.
we need a page like:
