that switch in voice between gentleness and cursing is too verbally jostling and violent for me. it tells me that there is hatefulness and intolerance. Of course, I should never use ALL CAPS, right? we all have our faults. And we shouldn't scream bloody murder at others for having them. Also, we should practice a well-informed religious tolerance, recognizing strength and weakness. ( doing an imitation of our friend the Dalai Lama ) It's hard to be a teacher...
