working again over the minor_setback and the endless amount of time to myself being stared down by old fears and insecurities i can lose myself in my work, it allows me to talk, to be engaging all the while keeping my head mired in complex process. it keeps me away from the dangerous recesses of self, in that respect, it is good i have or might have another job offer on the table, but if i stick with this gig while it lasts it will pay nicely too... this is also good this place welcomed the newest trainees to the team with a beer in the breakroom after we finished our first week of training, that's pretty fucking awesome and unlike my last long term career as a minor bureaucrat, my need to be weird is not frowned upon since i am sitting with a cluster of like-minded goofballs |
