I actually did say this one to a fellow bureaucrat from another agency this past Friday: "Jesus H. Christ on a turbocharged pony, with service like this, it's no wonder people hate government workers" I try to deliver quality service with a minimum of bullshit, so it really annoys me when some people live up to (or down to, depending on your perspective) the stereotype of useless, paycheck-collecting desk-jockey the great part is that the people i yelled at can't complain because on top of the crappy service, i caught them committing a significant procedural fuck-up and now my bosses are up their asses with a microscope |
