after slowly bulking up to my third highest weight ever last x-mas (298 lbs / 135kg ... and unlike the other times when i've been that big, the majority of it was NOT muscle mass this last time, so i was feeling pretty gross) I have managed to drop 62-1/2 lbs [28.35kg] in the last nine months and am now only a few weeks away (at this rate) from my target weight of 220 lbs (100kg) the only downside is the amount of muscle mass i also lost along the way I haven't been this light since the end of my semi-homeless period and that was a couple of years before i got on blather also, unlike the incident involving the intensive_scare_unit where i lost almost the same amount of weight only three times faster than this, i am mostly in control of my weight loss and am not in the process of learning how_to_disappear_completely (back then when i got sick, i must admit the prospect of dropping dead wasn't entirely unattractive, but lately i'm too goddamn busy to die)
