hmmmmm.....
some people like have weird trips when they don't take a trip, once i had upstairs downstairs experience, people talking that wern't there, it's basically like having a dream, your sunconscious mind playing little tricks on you, my experience only hapened for 20 minutes - i just stopped - *shrug*
me don't know why that happens, it might just be ummm.... like a confusion or something. I have friend that struggled with it for years, he used to draw these little men as an example of what was going on in his mind, they looked quite distubing, i don't know how you stop that, maybe you just go on a good holiday or something ? when your sad or troubled try to find something that makes you happy and try not to binge eat or binge drink cos its a cover up, you must learn that to know that i suppose.
