I watched my words drift slowly to you and the ceiling breathed in uneasily knowing we were both feeling our way around eachother not sure of what we would become... and your back was curved next to mine... I could see the way my vowels slid down its slope and how each breath of yours straightened it temporarily, you slithered serpentine sighs seemed to dissolve as soon as they hit the air. the warm night was heavy with the weight of expectations and wishes. your lips framed sentences that broke into peices as they hit my ears in fragments of themselves, shattered by the stiffened air and the distraction of my fantasy, because maybe you saw me as i was but when i looked at you I saw us kissing and your breath was mine the way your spine could conform to my body was floating in my mind and we sat there for hours that night just playing with the time.
