today the demons seem to have something else to do. my life doesn't seem pathetic and hopeless. It was easy for me to come to work, and I don't care about all the fucked up things in my life right now. The sun is out, and I'm feeling ten feet tall for no particular reason. I wish I could remember this moment when I feel like jumping off a bridge. I would love to sustain this balance, to be less polarized. I also wonder how to share this ability, because so many people struggle with the same things, under conditions worse than what I face. maybe someday I'll understand. |
