either there is some sort of heavy metalwork going on in the distance, or the percussive sounds i am hearing are the sounds of an artillery battle somewhere far enough away as to be audible without being loud. though i realize the odds are thoroughly against the latter possibility almost enough to cause something like the seismic_ripple the trucks that used to drop their trailers in the now abandoned lot across the street shook a crack in my ceiling years ago. subtle_symphony_of_urban_decay |
