Well now I know the answer to my question. I walked into my bank and tried to cash a financial aid check last year, but they wouldn't accept it. They needed my father's signature in person, but he was in the hospital at the time and couldn't make it. The bastards wouldn't take my check so I yelled "What do I have to do to get an education around here!?!?" Well I guess now I know...
