sauteed squash: Cut the squash in half, microwave for 2 minutes. Scoop out seeds (they're good roasted!) and cut the squash into bite sized pieces. Fry until browned, then sprinkle brown sugar on top and a little salt. Toss again until sugar is melted. Eat them, skins and all. SO GOOD! |
