meditated and wept tonglen and as soon as i tried to transform my own pain as soon as i visualized love for myself like arms wrapped around the bitter choking tears started to come on down i think it's a good sign though that this happens everytime i sit wept shedding light in the dark corners how shabby and shrunken i've let some of it get over the years |
