I know everyone's experiences are different, but me, I love being sad. Being sad means for that amount of time I know I won't be depressed. Depression for me is like this nameless cloud that hangs over me and keeps me from doing or caring about anything. But sadness, it has a name and I can work through it easier and I always know it has an end. So, I guess I'm happy to be sad. |
