network_of_eyes made me think of this. if you run with your eyes closed all the time, you'll eventually run into a wall, or step in some abandoned banana, jelly, and saurkraut sandwich that someone left because they were enthralled by the lost elephant that escaped from the circus...or somthing. i wish i could see without eyes. What would it be like to be able to see the world around you, simply with your mind? |
