i watched her date with the strange man. i knew they weren't going to leave together from the moment he walked in the door and sat down next to her. he didn't have the right moves. he just sat there and talked about himself, failing to hear the story of the beautiful woman that he was lucky to share the evening with. it didn't last long. she left him wondering what had just happened. i chased after her. she said she was in town only for a few days. her date with the man was one of the few that she had planned for her visit. why was she looking for a man here? a woman of her looks could have had any guy she desired anywhere in the world.
