minnesota_chris :) my friend is studying classic french cuisine. She is now in her "forced meat" class. Raw (I think?) meat paste pressed into a cube and then sliced into diamonds. Mmmmm. Aspic too.

I was visiting the school yesterday. When I saw this, I pretended to pick up one of them, made a little "hork!" sound, and put it back.
