from time to time i realize that the potential for me to be cared about is out there ...somewhere, i know that my girlfriend, or rather my zshena [more appropriately] cares for me, but outside of that i often dont feel good enough to be cared for, i doubt myself, my abilities, my intelligence, overall i distrust my purpose and value in life
so i guess in a round about way, i dont realize that i could ever be or that i am cared for, even when someone wonderful loves me- i often ask myself why & how soon will they really see me for who i am and leave… sometimes it seems only a matter of time
[but these are my shortcomings|these are my fears]

I was going to express how much I admire you but *shrugz* you already know that and it doesent seem to make much diffrence, so insted I'll ask
What are the things about yoruself that you don't like and want to change?
and change into what?
(ex: In-sa-cure-A-T being changed to selfconfadence)
hopefully
once you isolate the things you don't like about yourself and what you want thoes thins to be changed into insted you can start striveing for who you want to be and not be so centered on the things about you that you don't like.
I say all of the above -not- bc I think I have to right to give you advice, I havent the right to give anyone advice, the above is just something I've been doing the last month, it's not easy but mainly thats bc I'm stubern and im-pay-shent *L*
oh and from my own experience so far, don't try and tackle too many things @ once bc thats fustrateing, change unfortunately doesent happin over night.
