power flows through
when i remember to allow it to
when i express my spirit
its power is transformed when you
take it into your mind and hear it
feel it like you know it's true
experience it before you fear it
then color over with your hues
into your shoes it's shod
the thought becomes something new
alters the path you plod
and conclusions that you drew
something inside made you nod
transcended the mass sedation
together we can see god
without the necessity of self fellation
together we can be god
embody the power of creation
together we enact god
we must become a conscious nation
hip hop needs more conscious rhymes
we can catalyze our revelation
since we imagine in space time
we know we need social mutation
our current ways are indeed a crime
living in a style unsustainable
makes for such dangerous times
our ideals are unattainable
we're ignoring all the signs
this reality is just not stable
because it's been built on lies
it's time we cut the coaxial cable
it's time to start the revolution
every illumined one who's able
must fight for our evolution
