Flowers from Safeway My parrot just started laying eggs.
Maybe I shouldn't have named him Harry?

(s)He sits on those things all day long, but she hasn't had a date in 5 years. So it's kind of a lost cause.

I don't have the heart to just reach in there and take her new little "family" away from her. I'll give her some time to have fun with them, but I don't want them to rot.

...ewww, that would be so gross.

sixteen well
'he' shows many characteristics of a male double yellow head (a preference for female humans---he pretty much hates most men, showy little dances different from those when he's angry or excited, blahdiblah) plus, i get that male *vibe*....of course...I'm guessing you got that male vibe, too, huh? So...I guess that doesn't say much for the masculinity of my bird.

In any case...I spose I'm not sure. I've had Keola for about 8 or 9 years now and the breeder said he thought Keola was male.

something to think about.

what kind of parrot do you have?
If I get another, I don't think I'll go for another double yellow head. They are definitely ONE person pets...and rather possessive. I love keola to death (and vice versa) but its no fun to tell people to be careful around him because he's nasty to everyone but me (and on occasion, my mom).
