nostalgIGG 'being an adult' really sucks.

i miss studying.
i love learning new things every day.
i don't like having to put up with shit from the public every day.
and from managers.

onwards and upwards, keep your dreams or they will try to seep away from you with the daily grind.

dafremen They said, "More money! More money!" and all of the suckers bought it.

Soon the job market was glutted with people who have degrees in a particular field.

This means that not only will they pay you shit wages because the market is glutted with your particular qualifications, but you now owe the bankers more than your life, your savings, your sickness and your death..you now owe a student loan.

We watched it happen to: Electronics, Information Technology, Criminal "Justice" and now Healthcare. Watch the education ads. (Custom made for some poor dependent schmuck whose parents and teachers, friends and television shows educated them to not know what the fuck to do with themselves. Boy does a bachelor's sound appealing when the alternative is actual responsibility that doesn't come with instructions and the option of admitting you don't know what the fuck you're doing.)

Back to those ads:

Those are the industries that they wish to lower the industry standard wage in. They like paying people peanuts. So they flood the market with ads, and soon the labor market is flooded with qualified individuals...and wages in that sector DROP. Yay! We're clueless morons! (Might as well wipe your ass with that degree.)

Congratulations, you got your extended summer camp certificate..now what?

There is hope though, you know. We don't owe anyone anything. We only owe ourselves the life we've been missing while we were taking instructions and pretending like it was our idea.
