Yesterday I did manage to fit in the joy-in-the-face dance video after school and before work. It's not hard, it's interesting, and I somehow forgot how much I liked it. I've done it enough times that I can just do it without having to focus on learning it, which is good.

re_alisma Yesterday exercise was kind of demoralizing. I started a run, then turned around because I didn't want to push it. Then I started the KK exercise video (which I had procured in the Target bargain bins for two bucks, I think, and has proven to be simple and mostly unannoying) and stopped it when it was about to get higher impact. I just wasn't interested in that part, I guess. And then the day got away from me with school and work and that was it for the exercise. 110929

re_alisma Yesterday, I got up crazy early and had to think of something to do, so I put on the joy-in-the-face dance video, which, at that time of day, was a crazy thing to do. My brain was just not keeping up. So i quit about 30% in. It was good that I at least did that, though, because as the day wore on, I got more and more sore from the previous day's workout and then when I got home from work I was too tired and sore to try again. At least now I know not to do that one at 5 am (in the dark, having already been up and about in the dark for over an hour.) 111001

re_alisma Yesterday I thought I wasn't going to do anything. But then I took a power nap after dinner, woke up, and turned on my secret-handshake youtube playlist just to see "how it was doing" and managed to pseudo-aerobicize for an hour, but not without some mental consequences (given the sometimes upsetting nature of the playlist, but that's why it really is supposed to be a workout). oh, and i went for a walk in the morning, but that doesn't count. 111003

re_alisma Yesterday I had something unpleasant to do in the morning, so I started to procrastinate with exercise. I went for a walk, then did the KK video sans squats and crunches (still too sore), then went ahead with the secret-handshake video which I didn't get through. Then I started with the unpleasant thing and got a phone call where was I? I was supposed to tutor somebody... So actually I had no time for most of what I thought I could do that morning.
