1. Today, as we begin studying the Industrial Revolution (for the 512th time in my life), he wrote us a lil' story. It was all about how we depend on machines, and these machines are getting angrier and angrier with us. Your tv cries and hates you every time you watch Jackass or Joe Millionare. Your cd player screams every time you play Good Charlotte. (these are direct quotes). Soon these machines will become so angry that they will rise up and take over the world and enslave us.
so much for sleeping in first period. this provides a nice segue to....
2. He lets us watch 30 minutes of The Matrix in class to illustrate his point about machines taking over (I personally think he was just bored and wanted to watch a cool movie). When we begged, he let us watch the lobby shootout at the end, the part where they all shoot the crap out of each other. Instead of making us do work.
3. He agreed to take me and two of my friends to see Matrix Revolutions on Friday, cause we need an *adult*.
History is now my favorite class. This guy is my hero.
