My dog of some 8 or 9 years died yesterday at the age of 19. Flossie (i didn't name her) was a black Curly Coated Retriever who loved life so much that she lasted 6 months with a golf ball sized tumour in her stomach, a liver infection, and arthritis in her spine which paralysed her at 7pm on tuesday. This is her memorial. And a reminder, that things will never be the same again. |

I hope that your memories of her are fond, Db. She had a long life. She apparently made a difference in at least one life. Positives beget positives. She gave as she received. That remains long after she has moved on to some new place in the show, my friend. |
