When you're working for minimum wage at company that doesn't give a shit about it's workers, why worry about losing your job? Why take being exploited. Those jobs are just as replaceable as you are. It's one of the few dignities left to the McWorker: You don't have to take their shit, because they need you more than you need them. Not many people are willing to stay in these shitty jobs for long.
So remember, this job you have? You can find another anywhere, at any time and get hired very quickly and very easily. So don't let them fuck with your schedule. Don't let them cut your hours. And when they do, let them know that it's not acceptable and that it's disrespectful and there are plenty of McJobs.."What makes YOURS worth staying at if you're going to treat me like this?"
If more of you did this. The scene would start changing. Greed and lost profits do that to these pricks.
