written by me, or some ghost-writer. probably me. doesn't totally make sense. The devil of it all is the temptation to view things as very, very polarized. Yes/No Up/Down. When our minds are weak we tend to do so. This is why the advanced intellectual capacity of the West was allowed to spread across the globe and and still has yet to really grab hold. Real power struggles are always about manifest destiny, for or against. The natives are right to buck back out of fairness, but the mind conditioned by subsistence living is always an inferior one. Subsistence weakens the mind-body connection. Active reflection strengthens it. The relaxation learned by native peoples everywhere due to oppressive dominance of those in power is what must be integrated for TRUE justice to hold court. The West still must pursue Manifest Destiny because we would not live or choose to live where we do if this non-freedom were not in place. It is understandable that some would find Manifest Destiny to be evil because it is about dominance. Biologically, it is sound. Spiritually, it must be negotiated by those who are quite experienced with the ways of the earth and the deconstruction/holism dilemma of the times. It is very telling of the political divide between the exploring West and the home-based natives of the Earth who violate no spiritual prematurity/immaturity laws because their peoples have long told stories about why it is important to look to the past. This looking to the past is the way they have conducted science, logic, and reasoning. The Manifest Destiners tend to tell themselves lies to cover up an experimental approach. (ouch)
