I've lost the others. I have one loyal emailer to email me my one email a day of quality reading email. I'm just barely scraping by...

it isn't the greatest thing, when you feel you could have so many things to write about, and you send them to people and they never really write back??? And when they do, they tire of such things, and then you are left with a few (or one) and sometimes no fellow emailers. . . why did they leave you?

Death of a Rose

Disheartening, isn't it. I used to sift through my e-mail waiting for someone to send me a e-mail, saying they had missed me. Now I have this. Maybe I'll try the e-mail thing again someday.

oh...when your entire life hinges on one name in your inbox, the rest of the world can burn down to cinders as long as you have your one e-mail to read and think of and spend all day writing a reply to..and when you have to go a day without, you stalk the shadows, starving, craving, adrift until you get your one e-mail and all is well with your world again...living on one e-mail a day, only one e-mail; it never ceases to amuse me, the way the small things are my pivots of my life, always the smallest things nobody else would dream of being so paramountly special; i could live quite happily without boat rides in the moonlight on the Seine as long as you'd impulsively hold my hand under the table in the cafeteria, wink at me in class, get me a lollipop- just because. tiny tiny things, big big heart-smiles.
