trying to chose between my own indifference in this life and thinking of my family is like watching a favourite show. characterizing the actors into the people I love, doesn't work. but I should have done this a very long time ago. I was the first male to hold my niece in my hands and arms. She was fragile and special. I didn't understand why this stupid feeling was washing over me, but just holding her, looking at her newborn face, changed me.
