the world doesnt feel right it seems to be letting me down more than usual or that i am feeling it more than usual so i stopped and thought and i realised that it was two conversations about a situation from 5 years ago and now i am back there living it again feeling on edge taking everything as an attack feeling like i am tip toeing on eggshells tense yet defenceless but also wanting to hide trying to make it better to make things right to gather everything together only to be knocked down by the next word the next glance harmless things but they hurt and make me upset |
