The self is a delusion. An entire society developed by and for egos is a self-fulfilling delusion. The "state" of society in a million years..that's reality. The erecting of pyramids, bronze placards, strip malls and scholarships in the name materialists (who never existed as more than errant thought processes in the universal mind), is its own form of confirmation bias. We are marinating in pure confirmation bias. We've never existed as separate entities. We just think we do and don't mind living that lie at all.
