That last line I know! e. e. cummings - because capitalism isn't sexy. Er, capitalization. Ah! I capitulate to convoluzoplexication. Witnessing arguments of this sort, however, is draining and depressing. I have the urge to take the arguing people and bang their heads together, yelling, "CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG!" Because that would make things so much better... I can see the reason for violent revolutions (though achieving a non-violent one would be more radical), but my imagined violent pacifism?! That's just silly. But I will smile and be a medium-tempered mediator when I can. |
