nah not really man..it took me a little while to be able to put my thing down in the kitchen..it's like everything else..practice..I approach cooking like i do everything else..when i screw it up i go over in my head what i did wrong..and then make a mental note..so i don't make the same mistake again..it took me about 8 years to become a half decent cook..so.....hang in there!! But please wactch the things you say to yourself about yourself..even if you are only joking.. peace |
