I own the earth smooth, solid, sought after I have what everyone wants but is it enough for me? the teal adventures are more exciting than the every-day beige but the sky will never be what I want it to be the sky is sick and plays with the waters this sky will not hold me, but the earth is always waiting to catch my fall I lie in bed, half-way between earth and sky and I wonder if I were to escape to the sky, would the earth crumble? what pieces would be left for me to stand on when the sky changes again? gravity is weakening, without earth's knowledge |
