i've learned that, as humans, we normally sit. we don't do the things we want and should do, and we do those things that we shouldn't. and when that happens, we tend to push ourselves down even further. no matter what, we have got to get up.
but, megan, you don't know what it's like to have a husband that doesn't support you. you don't know what it's like to have to fight with him to get what you need.
no, i don't. but, sister, you've got to get up!
but you don't know what it's like to be alone. to be completely and utterly alone, and not have anyone.
no. i'm surrounded by people most of the time. but you have got to stand up!
but you don't know what i've been through. you don't know what it's like to not like what you see in the mirror every day. you don't know what it's like to be ashamed to be me.
i don't know what that's like, no, but i'm telling you, you've got to get up!
