for - preposition; indicates purpose, function, or exchange (ice for your beverage, sealed for freshness, three for a dollar)

fore - front or forward, esp. on a watercraft (as opposed to aft) (see also foreground, forefront) Also handy as a heads-up on a golf_course.

four - a number

i.e., The four went fore for a better view.
