of the year, today. I'm ill. I think it's a cold/hayfever hybrid. they were cutting the grass again yesterday and my nose basically exploded. But I'm also aching all over and my throat is sore (-and- i've cut down on smoking so it can't be that). so today is the first jumper day of the year. winter is streching her icy claws, digging herself in under the skin and laying roots for the coming months. a parasitic, symbiotic relationship between ice and fire has seeded today. it has begun. time to start reading the_dark_is_rising again. |
