Ever wonder why they call them product "brands"? Or why it's called television "programming"? Because your brain is like a big fat steer's rump to marketing psychologists and ad executives and they just have to get THEIR product's brand BURNED into our minds. Then they can harvest our energy like slicing that big fat 'ol cow butt into steaks. They'll program us to insult one another by teaching us, generation after generation to laugh at people being hurt, or insulted. They'll make us hate each other and call it love so we'll spend our days trying to fill our emptiness by going back to the "ranches" of the various "brands" marked on our psyches for a little comfort of some kind. Thanks Famous Amos for making us feel better (not really) about this dysfunctional world and our place in it. Thanks Crest for covering up my unbearably bad breath and keeping my grill from coming off like a mouthful of dominoes..where would I be without you, old friend? Programmed and branded by a bunch of strangers who see us as little more than wallets attached to heads filled with cow ass. Sigh..
