just like every other blather project, i'm sure this one will die fast. nevertheless, i'm going to start and see how long i last until i get bored.
my current phone service allows unlimited calling (within the contiguous 48), and i think i should stick it to the phone company more.
if you email me your phone number (and your actual name, even if you think i already know it, so i don't have to ask to speak to "mellow sparkle beam" or whatever your current screenname is) i will call you and read you a short story.
we don't really have to talk; i read, you listen, done.

I just wanted to make note that after talking to you, I called my Tara-friend and I eventually mentioned the author whose work you read to me. She said it sounded familiar (as she's a clever lady) and so I flipped open a page in John's book (at random, I must s t r e s s) and realized (while I was saying) that I was saying,
"I close my eyes and see a flock of birds. The vision lasts a second or perhaps less,"
Of course, I had just finished talking with her about synchronicity and the prevailing themes in my life, so somehow this seemed especially meaningful.
