I took a contract without knowing the full details. The client insisted on paying in full in advance (I generally invoice after the work is complete). My partner, rightfully, asked about the project, which I was just making an application on someone else's behalf due to residency requirements and other things. Should have asked for details first, I think, but in the end it was harmless. Suspicious but harmless. |
